UPFRONT BOND
This property requires an upfront bond of $1,000 to proceed with a booking. As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival.

We spent two nights at this location, which boasts a fantastic view and impeccable cleanliness. The abundance of kitchenware and nearby woolies were also positive aspects. Peninsula Holiday Rentals also agreed with a late checkout so instead of checking out at 10 we checked out at 12.

We stayed at ViewHaven for 3 nights and felt just at home. The stay was just as described and accommodated to 5 people and 1 small dog perfectly. It was a clean, had a great layout and all of the amenities you need to stay in and feel at home. The views were wonderful, and the weather was lovely which allowed us to sit out and enjoy the day on the top balcony. Highly recommend as a stay with family or friends to enjoy the beautiful peninsula tranquility and activities that are around. Look forward to staying again!
