We stayed at Luxury Coastal Escape as a large group of females who came down to have a spa weekend getaway at the Peninsula Hot Springs. The house was super clean with an ensuite in almost every room making it super practical. The bed sheets and bedding was superb, it was a wonderful experience and so close to the Hot Springs. Our group will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Weekend. This property was ideal for us with nine adults and five children having five bathrooms was great. It was an easy walk to the beach or the shops for the energetic ones and the children enjoyed the games room.

Great communication from the property managers before our stay, they were very accommodating to our requests. Downstairs of the property and garden was well maintained, we were a large group and there were plenty of great areas for us to gather inside and out. The kitchen also had everything you could need.

A great space for a large family group to enjoy being together! It is a large house able to accommodate our whole family with each family group able to have their own ensuite. The dining area with large table and enough chairs enabled us to all sit around the table together. A well appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry was helpful for meal preparations etc. Two inside sitting areas as well as a large outdoor area for relaxing or eating. The gas fire was very warming. There is also a cosy sitting area upstairs with another TV so the opportunity for a large group to spread out. The games room had three well selected activities which provided much family fun. The house is situated in a quiet street in close proximity to many attractions including the beach which is just a short walk away.

Group of 12 stayed here while away on a golf trip. Had enough beds with a couple of top bunks used and bedrooms were a good size. Plenty of bathrooms and walk-in robes were excellent for luggage/ clothes storage. Open plan kitchen dining area was good leading out to back deck area.

The house was perfect for 6 men who came to Rye to play golf and generally have a good break. This house is perfectly situated to all of the golf courses many not min than 10 min drive away. The house with 5 bedrooms all with ensuites was also very functional!! The BBQ and the kitchen was fully fitted out and functional. We will definitely book this house again.

Luxury Coastal Escape is lovely and clean. Fantastic having so many rooms with en-suites. We really liked the well stocked kitchen & big dining table. Kids plates, cups & cutlery were a real bonus, as were the high chairs.

We had a wonderful girly weekend staying here. The property was AMAZING and such a lovely retreat for us Mums! We each had our own bedroom and even our own bathroom, which was such a treat. The house was lovey and clean and had everything we needed and much much more. It was ideally located near the Hot springs where we spent Sat night. This would be an amazing property for families and could sleep at least 20. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again.

Wow this house has it all for a group stay. Fantastic house for our group of 11 of us adults to celebrate my 60th birthday, I wanted somewhere quiet so we could all relax and have a nice weekend away, and that we did. With all the queen sized beds and 2 king beds all couples where able to have a big bed to sleep in which if important as you get to our age, the beds where comfortable each couple had their own on-suite apart from one person and she didn’t mind sharing. The quiet areas of the house being the upstairs sitting area and the down stairs lounge area with the gas log heater where fantastic a nice get a way. The kitchen and butler’s pantry was a dream. We didn’t use the outdoor areas but they looked great and on a nice day would be lovely to sit outside and relax also. We all agreed the house was perfect and we have discussed coming back again and taking time out of our busy lives just to chill out and relax and this house is the perfect house to do that in as a large group. Thank you to Peninsula Holiday Rentals and of course the owner for making our time here a fantastic one. We will be back for sure and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

The house was great with lots of games, pool table and arcade machine and 7 separate bedrooms and 5 toilets. We had an amazing time with large group of friends. There were couple of small things but the agents were quick to act and fix them within a couple of hours of arrival. This is a fantastic property for large groups / families and is less than 30 mins drive to almost every attraction in Mornington Peninsula.

We had a great time at Luxury Coastal Escape over the long weekend. We had a number of families staying in the house and the bedroom set ups provided ample options. Having so many bathrooms was excellent! Great location, easy access to the beach, golf courses, hot springs, and a park just down the road for the kids. Look forward to staying here again.

When searching for a group home there’s so many variables you have to consider but this was perfect. The layout of the dining kitchen and living space, as well as outdoor space is perfect. Everything is spacious and all bedrooms were lovely. Just one thing for future bookings to be aware of (i didn’t read properly when booking) there are only en suites to half the rooms no communal bathroom, but there is a communal toilet. So it’s totally doable. Amazing place would definitely re book, and location is a short walk to beach too!
